Natural Service AI, operated by ניר קיגלמן (עוסק מורשה), provides WhatsApp Business Platform integration and automated customer service technology to client businesses ("Clients"). By using our service, Clients and their end customers agree to the following:
Service scope
We build and operate WhatsApp messaging automation on behalf of Clients, including automated replies, message template management, and human handoff.
No guarantee of uptime
Service depends on third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp) and may be interrupted by factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, unsolicited marketing outside WhatsApp's Business Messaging policies, or unlawful purposes.
Liability
Natural Service AI is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
