Last updated: October 2026
Natural Service AI, operated by ניר קיגלמן (עוסק מורשה), provides WhatsApp Business Platform integration and automated customer service technology to client businesses ("Clients"). By using our service, Clients and their end customers agree to the following:
Service scope
We build and operate WhatsApp messaging automation on behalf of Clients, including automated replies, message template management, and human handoff.
No guarantee of uptime
Service depends on third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp) and may be interrupted by factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, unsolicited marketing outside WhatsApp's Business Messaging policies, or unlawful purposes.
Owner-connected AI assistants
A Client's owners may connect their own AI assistant to read their business's agent setup and conversations, as described in our Privacy Policy. By connecting one, the owner confirms that they are authorised to act for the business; that they will use what the assistant reads only to understand and improve their own agent and business; that they will not try to identify the people behind masked data or share conversation content with others; and that they are responsible for their use of the assistant provider and its terms. The Client remains responsible for its own obligations to its customers regarding their conversations. We may limit, suspend or disconnect a connection for security reasons or misuse. The connection is read-only and is provided as is; what to change is the owner's decision.
Liability
Natural Service AI is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
